A 4-hour live training experience (available in-person or via Zoom) designed for family caregivers of someone with dementia. Whether you're brand new or deep in the trenches, this Boot Camp will give you the confidence, tools, and community you need to keep going with love and strength.

You’ll walk away with the practical know-how—and the emotional support—you’ve been missing.

  • Therapeutic activity ideas to spark connection and support those living with anxiety and depression
  • How to reduce stress and build routine
  • A powerful 1-hour training by Joanna on living grief—an honest, hope-filled conversation about navigating the complex emotions of caregiving while staying grounded in love and purpose
  • Real-life scripts, tools, and hacks that make care easier
